Our 4K UHD and Blu-Ray Authoring and encoding services include:
With our Sonic Scenarist Blu-ray HD authoring system, we'll produce an excellent quality final master for disc replication or transcode files for web-based projects like YouTube or social media uploads.
Using KITe UHD Authoring tools, we provide world class 4K UHD authoring. From your QuickTime Pro Res 4444 file and 5.1 or 7.1 DTSHD audio files, we'll encode and author your 4K project using our ATEME Titan File Encoder and Scenarist UHD for Ultra HD Blu-ray discs (Including Dolby Vision).

We provide Standard Definition, DVD Disc; High Definition, Blu-ray Disc (720p & 1080p) and now 4K UHD authoring and grading services.
Utilizing some of the most advanced authoring tools available, both KITe/Logic AND Scenarist we produce spec compliant Blu-ray and UltraHD Blu-ray project deliverables, including BDCMF, UHDCMF, BDMV and ISO. Not needing a disc authored? We offer a multitude of “encode-only” packages as well, encompassing H.264 and H.265 for both SDR and HDR deliverables and including HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision (Profile 7).
We accept a multitude of project assets for both HD and UltraHD video. Apple ProRes 422 and 4444 variants including XQ and PQ for HDR deliverables, DCP, IMF, MXF and Kakadu jPEG 2000 just to name a few. Our video deliverables include MPEG-2 (*.m2v), SMPTE VC-1 (*.vc1), MPEG-4 AVC (*.avc), MPEG-4 3D MVC (.mvc) and HEVC H.265 (.hevc) in SDR, HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision (Profile 7 BL+EL in MEL or FEL).
When it comes to audio, we accept a multitude of options. Multitrack linear PCM uncompressed WAV files at 16, 24 and 32 bit depths (interleaved or in separate channels), along with the latest Dolby Atmos mezzanine files combined or in WAV list for multitrack compilations. Our audio deliverables include Linear PCM (*.wav), Dolby Digital (*.ac3), Dolby Digital Plus (*.ec3), Dolby TrueHD (*.ac3 + *.mlp), DTS (*.dts), DTS-HD High Resolution (*.dtshd), DTS-HD Master Audio (*.dtshd), and Dolby Atmos (*.ac3 + *.mlp) formats.
While a majority of the industry had standardized on the ATEME TITAN File encoder, we decided to standardize on x265 and over the past 3 years have invested countless hours perfecting our scripts to produce reference quality results and compliant exports.
Upon release, x265 wasn't quite ready for professional work, which made it an easy option for the industry to standardize on ATEME TITAN File as their main choice for UltraHD Blu-ray encoding. However, this has since changed and with current x265 compiles, it is more robust than ever, offering reference quality encoding and 100% compliant streams for UltraHD Blu-ray disc authoring. Case and point, x265 has matured so rapidly over the past couple of years, it has piqued the interest of companies like Dolby, that now standardize on x265 as one of their main encoders for DEE (Dolby Encoding Engine) and Dolby Hybrid cloud based solutions.
4x the pixel density of Blu Ray resulting in a much sharper image. The resolution is 3840 x 2160 pixels.
High Dynamic Range, or HDR, is a video coding process that gives video images more contrast, more depth, and a much higher range of brightness variations depending on the display the disc is played on.
Replication file for master should be a BDCMF file. You can send the file to us via Aspera. Ask your CSR for the upload instructions.
4K Disc are availabel in 3 capacity's: UHD-50 and UHD-66, both single layer DISCS and UHD-100, a duel-layer disc.
Output Quality - 4K HD video encoders can create movies with 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution and 60 frames per second. These resolutions are four times that of 1080p movies, allowing for more detailed and lifelike visuals.
High resolution - Color formats supported by 4K HD video encoders include DCI 4K (4096 x 2160), UHD (3840 x 2160), and HDR (10 bit). This implies you can make films that are more vivid and brilliant than those made with 1080p encoders.
